We have an immediate opportunity for a Sales Administrator as part of the IBIS Team in our Lakewood Colorado office. Our IBIS systems are used to monitor ground movements in potentially unstable slopes to determine the risk of failure of that specific slope.

In this role, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Respond to and communicate with customers by phone, e-mail or in-person.
  • Provide customers with quotations for spare parts, on-demand services, training and other

items as directed by management.

  • Manage annual renewals for support plan on IBIS units by producing quotations, receiving

purchase orders, and ensuring invoicing occurs in a timely manner.

  • Provide support for Accounts Receivable by following up with clients on past due invoices.
  • Enter orders and process invoices and payments as required.
  • Work within Salesforce as a CRM tool, accurately entering all sales, rental and customer

information into the system. Act as Salesforce administrator.

  • Refer sales leads to Key Account Managers.
  • Effectively handle customer complaints, examine returned merchandise, and resolve problems

to restore and promote good customer relations.

  • Resolve customer billing or service issues, referring complaints to the designated departments

for investigation.

  • Assist in client delivery requirements as needed.
  • Confer with potential customers to determine equipment, supplies, and service needs and

close sales. Also provide customers with product documentation as requested.

Our ideal candidate will have the following:

  • Experience with Salesforce, MS Teams, and SAP extremely helpful.
  • Accounting experience is a bonus.
  • High level of organizational skills. The ability to develop processes to help the team be organized.

  • Independent and detail oriented. Comfortable working as part of a small, agile team.
  • Has a passion for engineering and technology.
  • 1-5 Years experience in a similar role.
